Service Process

On the standard process of Executive Search, TCI usually needs around 1-2 weeks to fulfill the following first 7 steps for each position. The rest will depend on the client's schedule and interview results.

Process I	The 1st -2nd Week	Candidate Approach & Selection
	The 3rd – 4th Week	Candidate Short List & Recommendation
	The 3rd – 4th Week	Client's Interview
	The 5th – 6th Week	Candidate Reference Check & On-board Preparation
	The 5th – 6th Week	File Closed
Process II	3 Months	Probation Follow-up
	6 Months	Half-year Follow-up
	1 Year	Final Follow-up

TCI 服务流程

针对每一个猎头职位，TCI通常需要1至2周完成整个规范化流程的前7个步骤，后续流程将根据客户及候选人的面试进度，再制定时间表。以下是我们建议的项目执行时间表：

前期项目流程	第 1-2 周	搜寻/筛选候选人
	第 3-4 周	提供候选人名单/报告
	第 3-4 周	客户面试
	第 5-6 周	候选人信息核实、上班前准备
	第 5-6 周	完成搜索
后期项目跟进	3 个月	转正跟进
	6 个月	阶段性跟进
	1 年	年度跟进
